As first-time homebuyers moving to a brand-new city while trying to manage our dissertations, the homebuying process felt daunting for us. However, as soon as we connected with Shelly and the Ragan Team, our fears completely disappeared!
Throughout the process, we worked primarily with Shelly. First, Shelly is extremely responsive! When I submitted the online form to connect, Shelly gave me a call within 5 minutes to discuss our search. We continued to keep in contact until we arrived in Omaha for our Spring Break.
Second, Shelly's service is unbelievable! Shelly took off the entire Spring Break week to show us houses and help us explore the city. We appreciated not only Shelly's knowledge of the Omaha area, her amazing restaurant recommendations, and her many connections to home inspectors/HVAC professionals/handymen/sprinkler professionals/etc., but also her ability to focus in on the qualities of a home we wanted. And when we ran into a few inspection issues, Shelly advocated and negotiated hard for us and brought us peace of mind with a brand-new roof!
